HYGIENE PRACTICES

PLEASE READ PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT TO AVOID REFUSAL OF SERVICE AND DISAPOINTMENT.

Measures to Protect Everyone's Health & Safety

At Stevie C Hair we are committed to the health and safety of our team, their families, our customers and the community.
We have recently put very strict controls in place to ensure we meet this commitment.

All team members at Stevie C Hair have been fully vaccinated and completed Infection Control Training - COVID-19

At Stevie C Hair, your friends and family are equally important to us, as such can we ask that during this crazy time, you do NOT bring any guests to your appointment, including children to the salon. This will help us ensure all social distancing requirements are met.

We also ask that if you feel unwell or show any signs of illness or have been unwell during the past 7 days, please contact the salon today to reschedule any upcoming appointments.

Anyone who shows any signs of illness will be refused service during this time.

On arrival, these steps below MUST be meet in order to service you.

ARRIVAL

Anyone who enters Stevie C Hair must follow chef health officers and our company covid safe measures.

MASKS

Masks or face coverings may be worn during your time at Stevie C Hair directiored by the chef health officer at times when an outbreak has accrued and community transmission is present.

QR CODE

Anyone who enters our salon MUST check into the QR code

VACCINATED

All employees at Stevie C Hair are fully vaccinated.
Clients also must be double vaccinated to book an appointment for services
Proof of vaccination must be presented on arrival of your appointment.

SANITISE

Hand sanitiser must be used at the front desk on arrival before entering the salon floor alternatively, you can wash your hands with antibacterial soap in our bathroom.

Measures that we have put in place as of following:

HYGIENE

During operation,

our team have systems in place to do a rundown of cleaning procedures throughout the entire salon

DISINFECTING

After each service, we disinfect with hospital grade disinfectant or methylated spirits depending on the surface on worked surfaces, chairs and mirrors

SCREENS

We have installed screen dividers at the basin area.

BEVERAGES

All your favorite beverages will still continue to be served.

CHECK OUT

Our desk area will be kept to a minimum. Payment and rebooking may occur during the process of your service.

Any surfaces that have had contact eg: eftpos teminial, products will be disinfected

The team and I again, would like to thank you for your unconditional love and support during this time. We are excited to be back and doing what we love.
