Bookings

• Appointments can be made online, by phone or in-salon.

• Online bookings require a deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is deducted from your final balance on the day.

• Bookings made in-salon or by phone do not require a deposit at the time of booking.

Student Discount

• A 10% Student Discount is available on selected services Monday–Friday with valid student identification.

• Student discount pricing is already reduced and not eligible for any further discounts or promotional offers.

• Not valid during peak periods (after 5:00pm, Saturdays, and public holidays).

Referral Rewards Program

• Referral rewards apply only when referring new clients who have not visited Stevie C Hair before.

• Rewards are issued after the new client attends and completes their first appointment.

• Rewards are issued digitally and are subject to stated expiry dates and usage conditions.

• Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash, gift cards, deposits, or no-show/late cancellation fees.

• Rewards cannot be combined with other discounts, special packages or promotional vouchers.

• Stevie C Hair reserves the right to modify or withdraw referral rewards at any time.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We require 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• Where 24+ hours’ notice is provided:

• Online deposits will be moved to the rescheduled appointment (one transfer allowed).

• Any changes made less than 24 hours before the appointment are considered a late cancellation.

No-Show & Late Cancellation Fees

• If you booked online
  → The deposit is forfeited as the cancellation fee.

• If you booked by phone or in-salon (no deposit attached)
  → A 50% No-Show / Late Cancellation fee will apply, based on the scheduled service.

• Outstanding fees must be paid before any future appointments can be booked.

• Multiple missed appointments may require full pre-payment for future bookings.

Arriving Late

• Arriving 10 minutes or more late may require service adjustments to fit the remaining time.

• If the service cannot be completed, the booking will be treated as a late cancellation and fees apply.

Gift Cards & Pre-Paid Services

• Valid for 3 years from purchase 

• Not refundable or redeemable for cash.

• Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.

• Cannot be used to pay cancellation or no-show fees.

• Promotional / bonus-value vouchers may have stated expiry and conditions.

Service Satisfaction & Redo Policy

• If you are unhappy with your result, please contact us within 14 days.

• A complimentary adjustment may be offered after assessment by your stylist.

• Redo services must relate to the original work performed, changes to style or colour may incur charges.

• We do not offer refunds on completed services.

Retail Products & Returns

• Retail items may be returned only if unused and unopened, in original condition, within 7 days of purchase.

• Refund or exchange is not available for opened/used products unless faulty.

Pricing & Promotions

• All prices include GST and are subject to change without notice.

• Prices shown are a guide, complimentary consultations are recommended for accurate quotes.

• Discounts/promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

• Offers and bonus treatments may have limited availability and are subject to Terms & Conditions.

Children in the Salon

• Children must be supervised at all times.

• Hot tools and chemicals are in use — safety is essential.

Privacy & Data Protection

• Client information is securely stored in our booking software.

• Data is used only for appointment management, service communication and salon operations.

• We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except where required for booking/payment processing.

Discounts & Eligibility
